Each course may contain elements of meditation, movement, discussion, and voice depending upon the topic and the group gathered.

All courses and their subsequent meditation may serve as a source of activation, relaxation, healing, and/or connection

FoodMood invites you to listen to your soul and unlock your potential through daily meditation

 

Courses may be offered in person or on line via Zoom
